First, I appreciate all the time they spent for me during the process of the purchase. Three statements: 1. VSA Added to Loan Without My Knowledge I clearly told one of the the finance managers that I intended to pay the VSA separately, in cash - and not included it in my financed amount. Despite this, it was rolled into my loan without my clear understanding at signing. When I raised the issue, the dealer's response was that since my down payment covered the VSA amount, it was the same thing. It is not the same thing - it affects the financed amount. I eventually let it go, but this should not have happened. 2. Unverified Prior VSA - Slow and rude Response A local Toyota dealer in CA informed me that the prior owner may have purchased a 10-year VSA on this vehicle. I contacted my salesperson to verify before making any decisions. After a full week with no response, I escalated by emailing the finance manager and copying the salesperson. Only then did the salesperson respond. The finance manger's reply came via text message and was dismissive and rude in tone. I subsequently called Toyota Financial Services twice, but was told they could only confirmed my own purchase - not the prior owner's. This left me with no real solution. I ultimately canceled my VSA after concluding it was unnecessary. 3. Verbal Promise on Registration Renewal At the time of signing, the finance manager verbally stated in front of both myself and my partner that registration renewal was handed and that we would not need to worry about it until the following year. We both clearly heard this. Shortly after, I received a $528 renewal invoice from the DMV. I didn't want to waist my time by contacting the same people at the dealer again so I just paid it out of my pocket. All three of these issues involved either a failure to communicate clearly, a verbal promise that was not real or unprofessional conduct. My partner witnessed these interactions as well. I would caution any buyer to carefully review every line of your contract before signing, ask for everything in writing and do not rely on verbal assurances from this dealer.

I brought in my 2023 Lexus RX350H Premium for 12v battery replace due to defect by manufacturer. Everything was replaced for FREE plus multi points inspection with a basic car wash all completely FREE. All thanks to Billy Griffin at Lexus of Westminster.

I called Alex Cao at Westminster and he stated it was available! We worked out the deal over the phone and he was very transparent on pricing. Made the deal online for a new NX450 and told the sales rep I wanted to be in and out quick - hate how many hours it takes to at a dealer. Scott, the internet salesperson did just that. We kept in touch before hand talking numbers and getting financing setup. Sure enough, I was in and out of the dealer in less than 1 hour - would have been closer to 30 minutes but traffic in the area added 15 minutes to the wait while they filled up the tank.

It’s my second time going and I’m very happy with the service provided by Junior Vidal — he is a very kind person. They should promote him to a higher position because his customer service is excellent, and on top of that he speaks both English and Spanish

Daniel Rangel was awesome, very knowledgeable, answered every question I presented him with it. Explained everything about my 2026 Honda HRV in detail.

Good service friendly recommended this place to maintain

I went in today to get information about selling my leased Lexus 350. This place is great! My only issue was one Brad, a sales rep, placed his hand on me, without my consent. I get he was trying to be friendly, however, this did cross my physical boundaries. Though, I wasn’t able to address in person as I was more concerned about selling my car it is still something I would like to be addressed.

The service advisor was friendly and professional. The work was done in a timely fashion. My car was returned spotless.

Wow! Best car buying experience. I got excellent trade in value, great pricing on a beautiful blue certified is350 f door and most importantly, great service from Shane! LEXUS OF WESTMINSTER. CROOKS TEAM TO RIP YOU OFF !!! I recently had a terrible experience at a Lexus dealership in Westminster. I’m warning all Lexus owners to be careful because they can be very deceiving and will try to rip you off. Before you take your car to any dealership, get a diagnostic from an auto shop. It’s free and can save you a lot of money. The service advisor and mechanic are on commission, so they’re only going to do what they want to make money. My car had three check engine light warnings, and the fourth time it came on, they decided to bring it in for inspection. It took them eight days to tell me that a fuel injector wire was damaged. They cut it out to void my warranty, which is a huge mistake. I’m going to file a lawsuit against them. They charged me $2,029 for a four-wire connector, which probably only cost them $200. They also charged me $1,800 for an hour of labor, which is way too much. They returned my car in 11 days, but my warranty expires in 2028, so I’m still paying for the repair. I’m going to get a lemon law attorney to help me fight this. I’m also going to warn everyone to take their cars to a trustworthy shop, even if they have a warranty. Don’t let the Lexus dealership in Westminster get away with this!

Alex Cao and the staff at Lexus of Westminster went above and beyond to get me into my new Lexus ES 350! They had the car ready for me when I arrived and even stayed past closing to make sure I was properly taken care of. Highly recommend this dealership as they were more than willing to work with me on my budget. I will be coming back here and recommending my family and friends.

Daniel Liu and Bobby Moore were extremely helpful with the entire process and I never once felt like I was dealing with the pushy car salesman cliche that unfortunately is quite common at many dealerships. Bobby answered all my questions and the paperwork was done quickly and competently without the tedious upselling of extra fees for things I didn’t want. Tomas Diaz at lexus of westminster resolved the issue with my Mark Levinson sound system that I hand were it would go mute out of nowhere. Before taking the car here, I took it to Lexus of Tustin to get it fixed, but they couldn't fix it and say, just turn down the volume.
